Discover the fresh, fluid athleticism and sensuality of the next generation of American contemporary ballet. The Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, under the direction of Jean-Philippe Malaty and Tom Mossbrucher (formerly of the Joffrey Ballet), has zoomed to maturity. Twelve classically trained dancers perform a sophisticated and eclectic repertoire that explodes on stage, shifting seamlessly from one movement style to another. The company's New York debut creations by Moses Pendleton and Nicolo Fonte and commissioned works by Dominique Dumais and Dwight Rhoden.
