Called "young, talented, innovative, passionate and driven"(Broadwayworld.com) and "thought provoking work that deserves attention"(NYTheatre.com), Just ASK Productions presents its fourth full-length work: "Anyone For A Swingin' Threesome?", a 90 minute whirlwind of three comedic short plays by Just ASK-commissioned playwrights Duncan Pflaster (Starship Astrov), Will Lacker (The Custodian), and Dan Via (Daddy The Play). Pflaster's "Questions of the Queen" presents a world where a vapid socialite rules with an iron fist and no dissent until a brave subject tells her the truth. Lacker's "Trials" follows a mad scientist's attempts to use his inventionto prevent his impending break up. Via's "Park Slope Cassoulet" examines cultural
warfare and hypocrisy, as an entrenched couple takes a mounting gentrification problem
into their own hands.
P. Case Aiken III, Adam Samtur, and Matthew Kagen direct, with set by Matt
Brogan and costumes by Juan Jose Ibarra. Featuring Caitlin Bruggeman, Charles
Coleman, V. Orion Delwaterman, Regina Gibson, Vanessa Hardy, Sarah E. Jacobs,
Brendon Katon-Donegal, Pat Reidy, Stephanie Strohm, and Jeffrey A. Wisniewski.
