WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Stuck in a nondescript dream world, K alternately fluctuates between the identity of Franz Kafka himself and the fictional protagonist of The Trial, Josef K. The other two characters we find with K in this dream world are Leni and Milena Jesenská, respectively, the lovers of both the fictional and the real man.Temporary Distortion presents Alien Even Then, a heavily abstracted "distortion" of Franz Kafka's posthumously published novel, The Trial. Kenneth Sean Collins writes and directs this world premiere as part of the New York International Fringe Festival. Schedule Saturday, August 10 @ 12:30pm Thursday, August 15 at 7:30pm Friday, August 16 at 10pm Saturday, August 17 at 4:45pm Tuesday, August 20 at 5:15pm Saturday, August 24 at 10:15pm
