Accomplice: New York guides its audience, grouped into teams of eight, into an adventure in organized crime. Implicated in a scheme to help a notorious wise guy, teams are sent on a mission along the streets of New York, chasing down cryptic leads, relying only on information gleaned from seemingly chance meetings with Accomplice cast members and their own street smarts to make it to the end.

The production relies on a troupe of improv-trained actors who alternately greet, accost, and surprise unsuspecting teams as they approach. While the cast always provides them with the tools and information they need to reach the next station, their performances vary with each new group they encounter. In this way, Accomplice: New York delivers a spontaneous and original dramatic experience at every show.

Accomplice: New York incorporates locations throughout Lower Manhattan visited on foot.

The adventure begins when starting points are revealed to participants 24-hrs. prior to their scheduled event via a mysterious phone call from an Accomplice character.
