WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This is a politically incorrect comedy about the homeless, with a little something to say about people from all economic walks of life. The last play to be written or performed before the closing of the English theaters in 1642, Brome's play was also one of the first revivals of the Restoration.
This play is presented as part of the Revelation Readings Series.
