WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

In 1925, schoolteacher Gertrude Beasley wrote her memoirs, which were censored and destroyed across Europe and the U.S. In 1926, she disappeared. Now her story is being told. Don't miss this darkly humorous adaptation of her controversial and heartbreaking autobiography. Written by Veronica Russell, adapted from My First Thirty Years by Gertrude Beasley and directed by Perry Martin.
