Producer's Club presents 1 Mic, 1 Night: This Is for the Critics starring b.r.burns, an emerging artist in the spoken word arena known for his drive and determination. b.r.burns has literally driven his car (until it broke down) from state to state logging in approximately 22,164 miles in 14 months, 18 states, 31 cities, 38 radio interviews, and over 95 performances.

Based out of Houston, Texas, b.r.burns burst onto the scene after a challenge to enter a poetry contest sponsored by Michael Baisden of KISS 98.7 FM (NY). The results of which were an opportunity to have his poetry appear in Mr. Baisden's novel "God's Gift to Women". After winning the contest, b.r.burns produced his own hot selling CD titled The Sista Factor live - "what sistas know and what brotha's must learn!" He continues to inspire, encourage, and motivate listeners across the country.
