WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Guys, a play by Anne Nelson, revolves around a dialogue between a fire captain who has lost most of his men in the September 11th attack, and an editor who helps him write the eulogies as she struggles herself to come to terms with the event. Jim Simpson directs.
Stephen Lang and Marlo Thomas return, December 3-20.

The Flea Theater offers free tickets in its "Holiday Flea-for-All" for the performance on Wednesday, December 18 at 7:00pm. Tickets are available at the box office beginning at 6:00pm on the day of the performance. There is a limit 2 tickets per person, first come, first served.

It's often said that holocausts are difficult, if not impossible, to write about. And yet, out of horror or frustration or a sense of helplessness or a need to pitch in, writers insist on wrestling with the subject. Many playwrights are undoubtedly at work right now, dramatizing their responses to the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, transmuting their thoughts and emotions into characters and dialogue.
