WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Nina and Dodge meet in a Long Island bar, go home, spend the night together and plan to go their separate ways. But instead, he convinces her to stay the night. She thinks he only wants sex. And she might be right. He thinks she wants to run away and retreat into her routine, taking care of her parents. When morning arrives after a meteor shower ends, they decide to do something neither planned: They begin a trip to Niagara Falls together. The Falls become a symbol of forgiveness, falling in love, falling down and a destination. We follow the two as a whole life is compressed into one long lunge toward one of the wonders of the world. He tells a hotel clerk they're married. We'll only find out at the end of the show whether they reach the falls and what happens if they do - whether these two people connect or return to their routine. We watch as they go further from ordinary life, discovering themselves and finding out that the voyage takes them places neither could have guessed.
