Daniel Sullivan has created a crude, vulgar, mostly charmless hamfisted production of Shakespeare's shortest comedy. Hamish Linklater is mostly charmless. Jesse Tyler Ferguson winning. The dancers prove they can, but so what. Instead of elevating his audience with style, wit and comedy, his actors hit every line as if we're too thick to understand.
