Sing Harlem Sing! tells the story of Vy Higginsen's groundbreaking career as New York's first black female radio disc jockey. The musical celebrates the soul-stirring power, energy and enthusiasm of the human voice and features a soulful score including gospel, R&B and rock 'n' roll music from Saturday night and Sunday morning.
