Second Stage Theatre presents the world premiere of Show People, a new comedy by Paul Weitz, author of last season's acclaimed comedy Privilege. Peter Askin directs. The play follows the travails of Jerry and Marnie -- two Broadway actors who haven't worked in years. At Jerry's insistence, the duo takes on a risqué job for a rich young New York banker in this comedy about the darker aspects of people's need to create and perform.
