WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
...it's the 60's fast forward to the 80's Black life in the ghetto of Brooklyn, combined with Jewish life in the ghetto of the Holocaust birth Prayers For The Ghetto. Three women, different worlds, multiple failures, they are on a journey of recovering from what seems to be failed lives until God steps in. Journey with these women as their different worlds collide and they embrace their coexistence. The back drop of this extraordinary play showcase the effects of two historical milestones in our past history…genocide and bondage. Featuring Teonna Wesley as CHARLENE performing her choregraph debut to Schubert's Ave Maria.

RE:Pray for an end
It is hard to tell who is to blame in this juvenile production, actor or director. My senses tell me the later, with poor writing and little or no story. We jump through time periods with inaccurate historical context, characters that appear to be dead, dealing, and then somehow alive, and a down-trodden, tired-looking cast who look about as embarrassed to be there as their director is of the show. The shame - unpaid work for artists who yet again put in their sweat and tears.
