Writer/performer Najla Saïd's Palestine is presented by Twilight Theatre Company in association with New York Theatre Workshop. Sturgis Warner directs. In the piece, Saïd -- daughter of the late Palestinian-American scholar and activist Edward Saïd -- takes audiences into one of the most volatile and historic corners of the earth, presenting Palestinian and Arab points of view. The piece also includes an exploration of a family trip she took to the Middle East to visit her father's homeland when she was a teenager, as well as impressions of the world post- 9/11.
