WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Lincoln Center Theater presents the New York premiere of Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching Towards the Somme, a new play by Frank McGuinness, directed by Nicholas Martin. The play is set in World War I and tells the story of a platoon of proud Irish Protestant volunteers as they prepare to go off to fight in the Battle of the Somme, one of the bloodiest battles of the first world war. Tony Award-winner Richard Easton stars.
