WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Blair Singer's Notice Me makes its world premiere Off-Broadway at The Wild Project, July 19-August 1, directed by Sofia Alvarez.
The play tells the tale of four San Fernando Valley teenagers desperate to be noticed in the morass of our contemporary 24/7 media culture. Like sound in a vacuum, their voices cry out unheard in the barren landscape of suburbia.
Singer's previous plays include Matthew Modine Saves the Alpacas, Meg's New Friend, and Placement, with TV credits including Weeds, Monk, and Book of Daniel.
