WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Naked Angels presents the world premiere of Geoffrey Nauffts' new play Next Fall, directed by Sheryl Kaller. The play is the winner of the Blanche and Irving Laurie Foundation's 2008 Theatre Visions Fund award.

In this witty and provocative urban romance, a Christian gives an Atheist the Heimlich, and dislodges more than they bargained for. Written by Naked Angels' artistic director Geoffrey Nauffts, Next Fall chronicles the five-year relationship of Adam and Luke as they grapple with their respective demons. Timely and compelling, the play places the current Prop 8 controversy in a human context by examining what it means to "believe" in this day and age, and what it might cost us not to.

RE:Highly recommended!
This show was both hilarious and tragic, with endearing characters who made you think. My heart broke for each and every one of them. And I wasnt alone. By the end, the silences on stage were only broken by sniffles coming from the audience.
