WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Follow Adam, a young Jewish man from Ohio as he plants roots in the city to find his two "bigs" in the Big Apple: Career and Love. Now times wouldn't be easy for Adam as he nearly escapes a serial stalker, finds Jesus on a bumper sticker, and eventually battles a serious coffee addiction. Follow him as he shares with us his scintillating stories, from a set bursting into flames mid-show during a summer stock performance, to Passover: The Musical, and the jungle of internet dating in New York, all while he strives to find love, seemingly...in all the wrong places.

Starring Adam Fried (NYC: Premiere of Desperate People, Regional: Original cast of Christmas.To.Come (Know Theatre of Cincinnati), Damn Yankees, Grease! (Thunder Bay Theatre); Cats, and Jesus Christ Superstar with Gary Cherone (Barn Theatre) with direction by Will Barrios (Fordham University, Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School, Regional: I Remember You, Need, Godspell, Pippin); book by Patrick Caldwell, Adam Fried, and Will Barrios; musical direction by Peter Tinaglia with a score by some of today's most obscure and fresh composers.

Really a Great Show...
I agree with the first post. I went with a couple friends to see this show on Monday night and thought it was a great show. The singing was well done and it was such an amazing story. The show was even better knowing that it was a real story about New York and finding love in the city. Acting and directing was great as well. Really enjoyed it - well done!

definitely a show to see!
It was really funny at times and heartfelt and very sweet at other times. The pacing was a bit off at times but that may have been jitters since it was the first performance. I will definitely go again and bring friends with me before they close. Overall is was a wonderful show and I cant wait to see it again!
