WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
From the author of the devastating play The Pull of Negative Gravity
comes a powerful dramatization of the power and failure of memory.
Crossing between two generations, Memory links the events of the Holocaust with the modern-day Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Playwright Jonathan Lichtenstein has created an intimate and powerful exploration of division, destiny and memory.
From the Clwyd Theatr Cymru in Wales, Memory is directed by Tony Award-nominee Terry Hands, former Artistic Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Memory is presented as part of the 2007 Brits Off Broadway festival.

Memory, a multi-layered work in which he ruminates on the nature of the elusive subject. Now being presented as part of the Brits Off Broadway festival at 59E59, Lichtenstein's aching and complex piece is well worth seeing.
