WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The songs of one of America's greatest living songwriters, David Friedman, take center-stage this Fall in a new Off-Broadway musical revue. Listen To My Heart: The Songs of David Friedman weaves together an evening of sophisticated, funny and heartfelt songs such as "Listen To My Heart," "Help is on the Way" and "Rich, Famous and Powerful." Mark Waldrop directs a cast of six including Broadway veterans Joe Cassidy (1776, Show Boat), Alix Korey (Chicago, The Wild Party), Anne Runolfsson (Victor/Victoria, Les Miserables) and Friedman himself.
