Lee Evans, one of the biggest stand-up comedy stars in the UK, brings his show Same World, Different Planet to New York. Evans started out as a boxer and has used his unique comedy and irrepressible physicality to create an eclectic career that includes working with Ben Stiller, Christopher Walken, Nathan Lane, and Stomp. He received an Olivier Award nomination for his performance as Leo Bloom in the London production of The Producers opposite Lane. Critics called him "Hilariously funny" (Sunday Express), and compared Nathan Lane and him to "Laurel and Hardy. Both are comedians of genius, wonderful physical performers with flawless comic timing, never failing to land the laughs" (Mail on Sunday).
