Beyond the Wall Productions presents Largo Desolato. Written by the famed playwright and statesman Vaclav Havel, and translated by Tom Stoppard, it follows Professor Leopold Nettles as he struggles with his beliefs, inner demons, friends, followers, and a government bent on silencing him after he publishes a controversial essay. One of the former Czech President's best known plays, the play dramatizes the multiple contradictions of the intellectual trapped in a totalitarian nightmare.
