WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Pat Blake, Andrew McTiernan, Beth Schacter, and Lou Viola present the world premiere of Joe Fearless (a fan dance), written by Liz Tuccillo. The story follows one man's obsession with his favorite basketball team, the K9's, on their first trip to the NBA finals in 25 years. As his professional life spirals out of control, Joe publicly declares that if the K9's lose, he will die of a broken heart. The final seconds of Game Seven determine Joe's fate. There are two possible endings, depending on whether or not the last shot is made.
Running Time: 2 hours
(15 minute intermission)

With Joe Fearless, theater is given a new makeover: Drama as sporting event.
Liz Tuccillo's play tells the story of Joe Donnelly (Michael Leydon Campbell), a sports fanatic whose favorite team, The K9s, has finally made it into the finals despite a less-than-stellar track record. Joe is married, the father of two, and holds a monotonous nine-to-five job (his 13th position in just a few years). Watching[...]
