WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Jazz Tap Ensemble returns to The Joyce with a celebration of their beloved tap heroes and the premiere of a new work commissioned by The Joyce. Follow in the amazing footsteps of Bojangles, John Bubbles, the Nicholas Brothers, Fred, Ginger, Eleanor, Annie, Gene, Jimmy Slyde and Gregory Hines. Then watch each dancer's unique individuality unfold in Artistic Director Lynn Dally's newest ensemble piece inspired by Jobim's Black Orpheus.
