WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

"Lyrical, poignant, hilarious and entertaining." -- The New York Times

Kathryn Frawley and Chris Neuner present the return of Infertility: the musical that's hard to conceive, which was previously seen as part of the 2004 New York International Fringe Festival. The musical is written and composed by Chris Neuner and has musical direction by Albert Ahronheim, choreography by Michelle Yaroshko, and is directed by Dan Foster.

Infertility follows the trials and tribulations of five would-be parents as they try to beat an uncooperative stork. The three fertility scenarios depicted are all based on real-life stories, including that of author/composer Chris Neuner and his wife, Amy. By telling the stories of a Midwestern husband and wife undergoing fertility treatments, a single professional woman trying to adopt and a lesbian couple seeking the perfect sperm donor, Infertility: the musical that's hard to conceive lifts the taboo on a subject that affects 1 out of 7.
