WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The captain's daughter, Josephine, has caught the eye and heart of both lowly seaman Ralph Rackstraw and First Lord of the Admiralty, Sir Joseph Porter. And while the captain often sings the praises of equality to his crew, he changes his tune when his daughter and Ralph try to elope. Now, only a bumbling baby-farmer named Little Buttercup can unravel this mess of mistaken identities and mismatched marriages.
