Definitely fun
We enjoyed "Forever Dusty" quite a lot, even with the uneven and sometimes forced script. It was almost as if the spoken lines were rushed through just to get to the next song. Ms. Smith can belt with the best and has the pop crispness down pat. She certainly captured the essence of Dusty. Christina Sajous lights up the stage whenever she enters and can stop any show with her vibrant vocals and moves. The rest of the supporting cast is solid both in the various characters they create and with their vocals. Bio info, while played with quite a bit, was fascinating, but a rewrite or two could have smoothed out a script that was natural in some spots, and quite amateurishly structured in others.
