Tony-Award-winning actress Michele Pawk will make her New York directing debut at the Manhattan Repertory Theatre with Carapace Isle, a world premiere play by Jon Courie. The cast includes Athena Masci, Rachel Charlop-Powers, Grace Savage, Jim Speak and Wanda O'Connell. Carapace Isle is a comedy set in a small town on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. In a moment of crisis, Ashley (Athena Masci) returns to her parent's home, seeking support and comfort.  Instead, she's hit broadside with a dose of Southern-fried family dysfunction.
