WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Business is booming at the Clark family funeral home in a small town in South Carolina. Matriarch Tillie offers unsolicited advice, son Sam Jr. runs the profitable business, Sam III runs with the girls, 12-year-old Reuben runs errands, and fashion conscious mother Peggy runs up the credit cards. Roundabout Theatre Company presents the New York premiere of a new American play, i>Blue by Charles Randolph-Wright. Phylicia Rashad stars in this comedy, directed by Sheldon Epps.
