Co-founded by playwright David Mamet and actor William H. Macy, The Atlantic Theatre Company is devoting its 15th Anniversary season to the playwright's work. Academy Award Nominee William H. Macy stars in American Buffalo, the story of three small-time hoods out for a big score. Integrity, loyalty, and duplicity are just some of the themes confronted in this classic play written by award-winning playwright, David Mamet.

Sizzling, ferocious, superb. These were the first choice words given to David Mamet's American Buffalo, which won the 1977 Drama Critics Circle Award for Best American play. The Atlantic Theater Company's current revival, starring W.H. Macy, fresh from a sold-out run in London, falls short of the mark regarding the first two of those descriptives, yet overall hits the third. So who can complain?
