WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Queens Theatre in the Park presents Kelly Masterson's Against the Rising Sea, presented in association with Cobalt Blue Productions, LTD & Joe Cacaci Productions. Patricia Conolly and Tony Award winner Elizabeth Franz star.
This funny and poignant play is set in Provincetown on Cape Cod. Goldie and Lina's life together comes full circle when their path collides with a younger version of themselves. A story of relationships, an uncertain future and a troubled past. Joe Cacaci directs.

RE:Against the Rising Sea
An entertaining view into the lives of two lesbian couples at a beach house in Provincetown. The premise to sell the cottage took many turns and was a coming of age for the 4 women from different walks of life. Lina answers the younger Barbaras question by saying you cant spend your life safe on the shore, you must jump in and let the sea take you where ever it goes. Suspenseful to the end, whether the cottage will be sold. A good play to see in Provincetown!
