The Jewish Repertory Theatre presents A Naughty Knight, with music and lyrics by Chuck Strand, book and direction by William Martin, and choreography by Dennis Dennehy. Loosely based on Mark Twain's fable, "A Medieval Romance," the musical tells the story of a beautiful young princess who has lived her whole life in exile on a desert island with her father. The princess seizes the chance for freedom, dresses up as a boy, and returns to the zany kingdom ruled by her father's evil twin brother, King Berger. What happens next makes the princess wish she was back under a peaceful palm tree.
