The critically acclaimed serial Off-Broadway show 13th AVENUE debuts at the Gene Frankel Theater. The eight-episode production is the story of New Yorkers who live below the 23rd Street border, refusing to move to Brooklyn. Despite having the same monetary drive as their uptown counterparts, these characters have embraced some rather unique ways of making money. Each episode will run for six weeks incorporating recurring themes and new story lines.
