Meditation expert and New York Times best-selling author Sharon Salzberg will lead a brief post-show meditation and discussion of Bess Wohl's Small Mouth Sounds on Friday, September 16, at the Pershing Square Signature Center. The discussion will be moderated by New York Times reporter and author of Mindful Work, David Gelles.

Directed by Rachel Chavkin (The Great Comet), Small Mouth Sounds is described as follows: "In the overwhelming quiet of the woods, six runaways from city life embark on a silent retreat. As these strangers confront internal demons both profound and absurd, their vows of silence collide with the achingly human need to connect." The play is currently enjoying a return engagement in New York City, following its extended run at Ars Nova in 2015. Performances are set to run through Sunday, October 9.

The production features original cast members Marcia DeBonis (Homeland), Jojo Gonzalez (The Romance of Magno Rubio), Brad Heberlee (These Paper Bullets), and Babak Tafti (The North Pool). Rounding out the ensemble are Zoë Winters (Red Speedo), Max Baker (The Village Bike), Carmen Zilles (Scenes From a Marriage), James Seol (Around the World in 80 Days), and Quincy Tyler Bernstine (Ruined).
