Manhattan Theatre Club’s world premiere production of Sell/Buy/Date, written and performed by Tony Award winner Sarah Jones (Bridge and Tunnel) and directed by Drama Desk Award nominee Carolyn Cantor (Fly By Night), will extend by one week at New York City Center – Stage II. The limited engagement, which opened on October 18, will now play through November 20.

The new work is inspired by the real-life experiences of people affected by the commercial sex industry. Jones explores an array of diverse perspectives on a subject, all while preserving the full humanity and humor of voices seldom heard in the theater.

The creative team for Sell/Buy/Date includes Dane Laffrey (scenic and costume design), Eric Southern (lighting design), Bray Poor (sound design), and Antonia Grilikes-Lasky (dramaturg).
