New plays by Theresa Rebeck, Leah Nanako Winkler, and Kate Hamill, as well as a tribute to late dramatist A.R. Gurney, are on tap for the 2018-19 at off-Broadway's Primary Stages.

The season kicks off with Final Follies, a triptych of Gurney one-acts. Directed by David Saint, the evening will include the plays The Love Course, The Rape of Bunny Stuntz, and Final Follies, which was the last play Gurney completed before his death in June 2017. Dates are forthcoming, though the production will take place this September-October.

Adrienne Campbell-Holt will direct Rebeck's Downstairs, starring real-life siblings Tyne Daly and Tim Daly, as well as John Procaccino. The production, scheduled for November-December, marks the first time the Dalys have performed together on the New York stage. The three cast members starred in Campbell-Holt's 2017 world premiere of the play, which took place at the Dorset Theatre Festival in 2017.

January-February 2019 will see Winkler's God Said This, directed by Morgan Gould. Gould's production is currently receiving its world premiere as part of the Actors Theatre of Louisville's annual Humana Festival of New American Plays.

The season will conclude with Hamill's adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's Little Women, under the direction of Sarna Lapine. It will run in May-June 2019.

Additional information about each production will be announced in the coming months.
