Hugh Panaro and Carolee Carmello will play their final performances as Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett on Sunday, February 25, producers of the Tooting Arts Club production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street have announced. Also departing February 25 are Jake Boyd (Anthony), Eryn LeCroy (Johanna) and John-Michael Lyles (Tobias).

Beginning Tuesday, February 27, the leading roles of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's musical at the Barrow Street Theatre will be played by Thom Sesma (Pacific Overtures) and Sally Ann Triplett (The Last Ship), alongside Zachary Noah Piser (Tobias), Billy Harrigan Tighe (Anthony), and DeLaney Westfall (Johanna). They join Michael James Leslie (Judge Turpin), John Rapson (as The Beadle), Stacie Bono (as Pirelli & Beggar Woman), Matt Leisy, Liz Pearce, Danny Rothman, and Monet Sabel.

This production of Sweeney Todd comes to Manhattan following sold-out runs in London, where the show debuted in Harrington's Pie and Mash Shop, the oldest continuously operating pie shop in Britain. Directed by Bill Buckhurst, the musical is set in a working pie-shop environment re-created at the Barrow Street Theatre.
