Complete casting has been announced for the world-premiere production of Robert Murphy's Love, Sex and Death in the Amazon. Written by Murphy, the play is the inaugural production of Murphy and Jean Randich's brand-new theater company, Collider Theater. Performances will run from October 10-31 at the Paradise Factory at 64E4.

Inspired by true events, Love, Sex and Death in the Amazon tells the story of Walter and his mother-in-law, Ines, who travel to the Amazon to perform religious rituals to put the spirit of Ines' son, Walter's partner, to rest.

The complete company includes Julie Fain Lawrence, Mike Hodge, Zachary Infante, Ron Moreno, Chance MullenmCarmen Roman as "Dona Ines," Debargo Sanyal, and Max Wolkowitz. Randich will direct.

The creative team features scenic and lighting design by Jiyoun Chang, costume design by Chip Schoonmaker, video and projection design by Sue Rees, sound design by Deniz Akyurek, and music by Michael Evans.

Led by co-artistic directors Murphy and Randich, Collider Theater is "dedicated to telling stories that celebrate the collision of cultures around the world. Collider Theater aims to explore the bridges that connect us while also investigating our points of difference, disconnect, and incomprehension."
