The Secret Garden Tony winner Daisy Eagan and original 1946 Annie Get Your Gun cast member Mary Ellen Ashley will appear in the upcoming off-Broadway production of Marshall Goldberg's Daddy Issues. Directed by David Goldyn, the show begins previews March 31 at the Davenport Theatre, with opening night set for April 7.

Joining Eagan and Ashley in the company are Alex Ammerman, Tony Rossi, Yuval David, Elizabeth Klein, Paul Louis Lessard, Austin Levine, and Megan MacPhee.

Daddy Issues is described as follows: "It is 1982 and Donald Moscowitz has overbearing parents. They disapprove of his choice of profession (actor), his flair for decorating (pastels) and his lifestyle (homosexual). The one thing that would make them happy is a grandchild. His solution: hire the ten-year-old kid downstairs to play his son. What could possibly go wrong?"

The production features set design by Kevin Klakouski, lighting by Terri Tomola, and costumes by Kaitlin Day.
