Klea Blackhurst, Robert Cuccioli, and More Set for Urban Stages' Winter Rhythms 2015

Urban Stages has announced the lineup for Winter Rhythms 2015, this year's edition of the company's annual musical event. Winter Rhythms will begin December 2 and will run through December 13 at Urban Stages Theatre.

Highlights of the 20-show schedule will include K.T. Sullivan, Jeff Harnar, Barbara Fasano and Eric Comstock, Daryl Sherman, and more in Any Wednesday Sings Again (December 2); Tony Award nominee Robert Cuccioli (Jekyll & Hyde), Tony Babino, Alexis Cole, Eric Yves Garcia, and more in Happy Birthday, O’Blue Eyes: The Frank Sinatra Centennial Celebration (December 12); Tony Award nominee Tony Sheldon (Priscilla Queen of the Desert), Nancy Anderson (A Class Act), and Ryan Silverman (Passion) in A Charles Dicken Christmas (December 10 and 12); Raissa Katona Bennett (Parade), Klea Blackhurst (Oil City Symphony), and Andrea Frierson (Once on This Island) in UNTIL NOW…The Songs of Ron Abel & Chuck Steffan (December 4); The Algonquin Kid, based on Michael Colby’s memoir about growing up at the famed hotel, with Robert Creighton (Cagney), Natalie Douglas, Leah Hocking (The Last Ship), and Martin Vidnovic (Guys and Dolls) (December 13); and The Lovers, The Dreamers, and Jim, a celebration of the life and works of Jim Henson with Adam B. Shapiro (HBO’s The Normal Heart), Brian Charles Rooney (The Threepenny Opera), and more (December 11).

Winter Rhythms will close on December 13 at 7pm with From All of Us to All of You: Seasonal Songs and Disney, Too!, which mixes holiday standards with songs from Disney movies. Adam B. Shapiro will host, with appearances by Savannah & Chase, Nina Hennessy, Deb Berman, Daryl Glenn, Janice Hall, Kathleen France, Kleban Award winner Beth Falcone, Ritt Henn, Helena Grenot, Charlotte Patton, Jamie Hartman, Elli King of Broadway, Warren Schein, and more to be announced.
