Maripat Donovan will star in an Off-Broadway engagement of her holiday show, Sister's Christmas Catechism: The Mystery of the Magi's Gold at the Downstairs Cabaret Theatre at Sofia's, November 27-January 3, with an opening on December 3.

In this holiday mystery extravaganza, Sister tries to solve the puzzle of whatever happened to the Magi's gold. The piece is written by Donovan with Marc Silvia and Jane Morris.

Donovan is the creator of the popular Late Nite Catechism, which she wrote with Vicki Quade. She originated the role of Sister, and has played it in London, Dublin, Toronto, and major cities throughout the United States.
