Full cast and creative team information has been announced for Second Stage Theatre's production of Gina Gionfriddo's Becky Shaw, to run December 16-February 1, with an opening set for January 8. Peter DuBois will direct.

In the play, a newlywed couple fixes up two romantically challenged friends, but the evening takes a dark turn, with both crisis and comedy ensuing.

Annie Parisse will play the title role, with the cast also including David Wilson Barnes, Emily Bergl, Kelly Bishop, and Thomas Sadoski. The production will feature scenic design by Derek McLane, costume design by Jeff Mahshie, lighting design by David Weiner, and sound design by Walter Trarbach.

Gionfriddo's plays also include After Ashley, U.S. Drag, Guinevere, Safe, and Trepidation Nation.
