Nicholas Belton to Replace Bryce Ryness in See Rock City & Other Destinations

Nicholas Belton will join the cast of the Transport Group production of the musical, See Rock City & Other Destinations, for its extension, beginning August 11 and through the show's closing on August 14. He will take over the roles currently played by Bryce Ryness.

See Rock City features music by Brad Alexander, with book and lyrics by Adam Mathias, and is a contemporary pop-rock musical road trip that ventures to tourist destinations across America, mapping out stories of sightseers in search of fellow travelers. Jack Cummings III has directed the production.

Belton understudied the role of Berger in the recent Broadway revival of Hair and is expected to play the part in the show's upcoming national tour.

The cast also features Stanley Bahorek, Donna Lynne Champlin, Jonathan Hammond, Ryan Hilliard, Mamie Parris, and Sally Wilfert. The creative team includes Dane Laffrey (set and costumes) and R. Lee Kennedy (lighting).
