The official cast recording for Vital Theatre Company's Pinkalicious, The Musical is now available from Sh-K-Boom's new imprint, Broadway Baby Records.

The musical -- currently running at the Bleecker Street Theatre -- is based on the popular children's book Pinkalicious by Victoria Kann and Elizabeth Kann and was adapted for the stage by the Kanns (book and lyrics) and John Gregor (music and lyrics). It focuses on the title character whose appetite for pink cupcakes leads to an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe.

The album's featured cast includes Michelle Czephya, Molly Gilman, Alan Houser, Sara Peak, and Danny Rooney. Tracks include "Pinktastic," "When Dreams Come True," "I Got the Pink Blues," "Buzz Off," "The Power of Antioxidants" and "Green Foods."
