In Sonora, Samuel Gordon’s best friend has pulled him out of an institution and brought him to a remote beach house in the hopes of helping him remember and deal with the events that led to his breakdown. Over the passage of three days, Samuel descends further into his crisis. Dreams and visions of what happened to him and his soul mate, Tina, in the Sonora Desert crash in on him. He immerses himself in the possessed world of his visions and struggles to comprehend why Tina died in the desert, and why he survived, and if he can go on.
