Edge Theater Company presents the world premiere of Living Room in Africa, written by Bathsheba Doran and directed by Carolyn Cantor. After choosing to plant their artistic and financial ambitions in Africa, a wealthy couple find themselves in a village devastated by poverty and AIDS. When confronted with crisis, they are forced to question the value of their work and role in the community. Living Room in Africa is an unflinching exploration of personal and global responsibility reflected through the prism of poverty and the AIDS epidemic in Africa.
