Elegies, A Song Cycle

Due to popular demand, Lincoln Center Theater presents a return engagement of its critically acclaimed, sold-out Special Event presentation Elegies, A Song Cycle, by Tony Award winning composer/lyricist
William Finn. The concert features Christian Borle, Betty Buckley, Carolee Carmello, Keith Byron Kirk and Michael Rupert and will be staged by Graciela Daniele, with musical direction by Vadim Feichtner and vocal arrangements by Gihieh Lee.

William Finn won Tony Awards for his score for the Broadway production of Falsettos. He wrote the musicals In Trousers, March of the Falsettos, Romance In Hard Times, Falsettoland and A New Brain, which was produced by Lincoln Center Theater. He also wrote the lyrics for Tango
Apasionado, directed and choreographed by Graciela Daniele. Infinite Joy, his nightclub act last season at Joe’s Pub, was recorded by RCA Victor.
