It is Winter 1933 and New York City is dealing with the sobering effects of the bitter Wall street fallout of 1929. George, a proud business man, refuses to lay off his employwees and is now unable to provide for his own family. Face with his new reality, George must take a chance.

Dear Mr. Rosan is being presented by Purple Threads’ 2nd Annual Kitchen Riots Festival. The Kitchen Riots was conceptualized in 2012 during a lively late night conversation around a kitchen table. It has evolved into a festival that seeks to explore the full human experience – mind, body and soul – through theatre, dance and music.
