Broadway performer Susan Ancheta hosts Three Phases of Eve, the popular showcase series featuring female artists. Created by GoGirl Artists Athena Reich and Emily Zuzik, Sirenswildride is a collective of women artists that range from folk, funk, and soul to pop and rock. Reich relies on haunting melodies, provocative lyrics, a 4-octave range, intensely rhythmic guitar and gorgeous piano arrangements. Zuzik is a Brooklyn songwriter with strong vocals and a rock swagger with a hip-hop beat. In addition to her solo efforts, Zuzik also plays with bands Sexfresh, Funkmobile, Southern Frost, Babes with Beats with Pi, and her label Mother's Discontent Music. Denise Barbarita combines pop angst, rock, and folk with die-hard vocals and an unflinching attitude. She is a staff engineer at Kampo studios where she has just recorded her first full-length record "Beauty Lied." JEN/ed (Jennifer Edwards) is a compelling poet who aims below the belt. The Saucers (with Mere, Touch and Mr. Sala) is a sexy, sultry, sassy female-fronted jazzy rock band.
