This lively musical was a smash hit in London and the United States. Sir and Cocky are adversaries in the game of life, with the wealthy Sir happily making up the rules as they play. Cocky learns that the rules of the game can be changed as he travels through life - finding his first love, getting in his first fistfight, and having an alliance with his first friend. Cocky realizes that he does not have to stay downtrodden, but can be equal to the prosperous Sir.
